Welcome to Fine Art Jaipur. Because our artworks represent significant artistic devotion and value, we maintain museum-grade protective packaging and partner with leading courier services to ensure every piece arrives in pristine condition.
1. Packaging Protocols
Every artwork undergoes a multi-tier protective wrapping process before leaving our Jaipur studio:
- Rolled Canvases & Silk Miniatures: Insulated in acid-free glassine sheets to protect the pigment layers, sealed in moisture-proof bubble wrap, and encased inside heavy-duty, tamper-evident PVC tubes.
- Stretched & Framed Artworks: Fitted with custom edge-guards, dense high-impact foam padding, and encased in custom-built reinforced wooden crates.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Original Artworks: Inspected, certified, packaged, and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
- Custom Commissioned Portraits: Turnaround time is typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on painting dimensions and brushwork detail. We share continuous photo and video milestones via WhatsApp/Email before dispatch.
3. Courier Partners & Transit Times
All consignments are handed over to internationally recognized express couriers including DHL Express, FedEx, and BlueDart:
- Domestic Delivery (Across India): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- International Delivery (USA, UK, Europe, UAE, Worldwide): 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Full door-to-door online tracking is provided immediately upon shipment.
4. 100% Transit Insurance
Every shipment is fully insured by Fine Art Jaipur against loss, transit delays, or physical damage. In the unlikely event of transit issues, the collector is protected with a full refund or priority replacement.
