At Fine Art Jaipur, each artwork is an original, custom hand-painted portrait created with meticulous personal devotion to your cherished photograph.

1. No-Return Policy (Custom Handcrafted Artworks)

Because every portrait is uniquely custom-made and personalized to each client's specific photograph, size, and styling requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the artwork has been painted.

2. Pre-Dispatch Approval Guarantee

To ensure you are 100% delighted with your portrait, our artist shares high-resolution photos and video previews of the completed painting for your review and approval before final varnishing and courier dispatch.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. Once our master artist commences the initial drawing and painting process on canvas, custom commissions are strictly non-refundable.

4. Transit Damage Protection (100% Insured Delivery)

Every shipment is fully insured against courier loss or transit damage. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged:

• Please inspect the package upon arrival and notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email photographs of the outer carton, the shipping label, and the affected canvas to devcanvaspainting@gmail.com or send via WhatsApp to +91 86191 09197.
• We will immediately arrange a swift courier pickup and provide a complimentary priority replacement or 100% full refund.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

For approved transit damage claims, refunds are processed back to the customer's original method of payment (Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Bank Transfer) within 3 to 5 business days.
